Saimir Hoxha is of counsel at Peçi & Papagjoni.  In 2002 Saimir joined the Ministry of Justice of Albania where he worked in different sectors until 2010. He has been a state bailiff, he has led the State Advocate’s office in Durrës District and has served as the head of the legal opponency department within the Codification Directorate of the Ministry of Justice. In 2010 Saimir started his private bailiff office. He has handled many complex execution orders for both individual and corporate clients including banks and other financial institutions. In the period February 2021 until March 2023 Saimir was appointed Inspector at the office of the High Inspector of Justice of Albania. He teaches civil law and civil enforcement in various Universities in Tirana and since 2006 he is a trainer in the initial and continuous training programs for private bailiffs in Albania. Saimir often participates in working groups for the drafting of primary and secondary legislation in the field of Civil (Procedure) Law. As an of counsel at the firm Saimir offers his expertise in an array of matters related to civil enforcement, debt recovery, contracts and liability, construction, loans and restructuring, family law, property rights and inheritance. Saimir graduated in 2001 from the University of Tirana.
